Motivation Programme rules

Riga 1 Distance Education School (hereinafter - R1DEHS) Motivation Programme is a programme developed for R1DEHS registered users, where points can be exchanged for various prizes.
The R1TV Incentive Programme is open to all R1TV registered users who are registered on the R1TV website and/or in the distance learning environment "eSkola".
R1DEHS Motivation Programme points (hereinafter also referred to as "points") are awarded for completing specific activities on the R1DEHS website and in the distance learning environment "eSkola".

• R1DEHS Incentive Points can be accumulated in unlimited amounts or until the Incentive Programme is terminated.
• Receiving R1TV Incentive Programme points
• R1DEHS users can earn incentive points by performing specific actions defined on the R1DEHS website and in the distance learning environment "eSkola".
• The R1DEHS user receives points only after the completion of an approved action, when the completed action is recorded.
• The points awarded by the incentive programme are added up and are visible in the R1DEHS  user profile.

Expiry of accumulated points:

• Points are accumulated for an unlimited period within the incentive programme or until the incentive programme is terminated;
• Points are cancelled if a registered R1DEHS user has been inactive for 1 year.
• Use of accumulated points:
• Accumulated points can only be used in the distance learning environment "eSchools" under Motivation Programme > Shop.

Points can only be used by the person to whom the points have been allocated.
When exchanging accumulated points for rewards, the points are deleted from the user's profile and cannot be returned.
In the event that a user chooses a prize which is later withdrawn, the points used will not be refunded.  
Users shall receive information on the points allocated to them in their user profile immediately after completing a specific action.
Points earned in the incentive scheme cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to third parties.
